Chaos is very easy to produce, it only takes a little push, to cause misdeeds, and it is that in truth the best example can be given in the case of the car with the window, once destroyed it leads to a chain of destruction caused by a just act.

Ans: In my opinion, people do bad things as a result of external and internal influences. External influence is how people impact you with their style. Sometimes you have friends who are engaged to commit a crime like stealing, robbing, etc. The tendency is that you can also follow his style and participate in his doings.
Internal influence is when you feel depressed because of some sorts of things that either deprive you or cause you to lose your brother, child, money, etc. So the tendency is that when you are easily bent or vulnerable, you will probably resort to doing bad things.
Going back to the content, people do bad things because of so many factors. In New York, the crime rate suddenly decreased after a police city Commissioner was appointed and utilized a coordinated approach to every department just to diminish, if not vanish, the commission of crime in the city.
