Ans: As human beings, it is natural to want to make a good impression on others. Unfortunately, this can sometimes lead us to lie or exaggerate in order to do so. In my own experience, I once found myself in the same situation.
I was at a job interview and was asked an incredibly difficult question that I felt unprepared for. In an effort to seem confident and competent, I exaggerated the extent of my abilities with the particular technology they were looking for—even though I was far from being proficient with it.
Needless to say, the interviewer knew better than to believe me and proceeded by asking questions about the technology that exposed my lies just minutes later. Though embarrassed and ashamed for having lied in such a professional setting (in which honesty is key), I accepted responsibility for it and used it as a learning opportunity rather than making excuses or trying desperately to deflect blame any further.
At first glance lying or exaggerating may seem like something that would benefit you in some way—especially when you’re dealing with someone who will have influence over your future prospects—but ultimately truthfulness will come out in one form or another one day if not immediately; thus why its important be honest no matter how uncomfortable/unfavorable doing so might be at first glance

Q.2. How might the story be different if it were told from Teresa’s point of view?
Ans: Bueller’s decision not to embarrass Victor advances the plot of the story. It adds to the conflict because Victor will have to admit to Teresa that he doesn’t speak French. It leads to a resolution by making Victor look good in front of Teresa and giving him an opportunity to be close to her.

Q.3. Do you think Victor should feel ashamed or proud of his actions? Explain your point of view.
Ans: It is difficult to say whether Victor should feel ashamed or proud of his actions without knowing the specific details of his situation. That being said, it is important to understand that pride and shame are two sides of the same coin – they both represent a reaction to our behavior as assessed by society. In general, it is healthy for individuals to strive for personal growth by recognizing their positive and negative aspects.
Victor’s feelings should be determined based on how he feels about himself and whether he has obtained any meaningful accomplishments through his actions.
If Victor feels that his actions have enabled him to achieve something valuable or make a meaningful contribution towards others, then it can be argued that this could engender a feeling of pride in him. However, if he believes that these same actions were done out of selfishness or greed with no consideration for anyone else, then it could lead him to feel shame instead.
Furthermore, if he realizes what positive effects have been created due to his motivations and goals but still holds himself accountable for any unintended harm caused then this could also lead Victor toward feeling both shame and pride simultaneously depending on the circumstances at hand.

Q.4. In the context of the story, how are we changed by love? Is it a good or bad thing to lie for love? Cite evidence from this text, your own experience, and other literature, art, or history in your answer.
Ans: We are changed by love because of the person they make us feel calm and they always make your day once they break up with you your heart will be broken and you can never forgive them because they can’t reverse the thing that they did to your poor heart.

The meaning of the story is that, although we might sometimes be tempted to act differently in order to please someone, it is always better to be ourselves. This is also demonstrated in this passage. In the passage, Mr. Bueller reflects on how he had the same idea as Victor. He also lied to impress girls when he was younger. However, he now understands that it is better to be yourself. Therefore, the story enhances the message of the story.
